What Is Redefinition?
How you experience life involves a cognitive process called perception.
This is the aspect of our mind that makes us have different opinions to other people. It brings us our pain and our joy, it defines the world around us and it defines how we are; how we feel and see things.
Perception can be altered.
How does this affect me?
Maybe it doesn’t.
Is there one thing that continues to bring you sadness, guilt, or anger? Do you feel that you are the best you can be? Are you limited?
If you know that you could make positive changes in your life, let’s see if we can change those blocks or limitations.
This is not about having a “make-over” or making a “brand new you”, but about
helping to guide your habits and perception so that you enjoy where you are now
more, and keep you on track toward reaching your goals and creating positive habits.
This is not a full course in following your dreams; this is a group of lessons in how to read a map with the aid of a compass and the stars. I want you to keep defining, to keep travelling the road until you find your potential.
And when you reach it, look back at your map and find the further potential beyond. Then head for that new destination.
The course is called “The Alchemy of Redefinition : An E-Course in Finding the Silver under the Iron”. In its beta format, it’s currently 82 pages long and set up as four weekly instalments on top of an introductory module.
There’s one module a week containing a story / extended post about my experience with redefinition, a few tools to help define the new you, some worksheets to implement them and some quotes and ideas to add onto your own “potential self” project.
I’ve put an 11-page preview pack together containing a couple of the exercises and most of the introduction sheets. Some of these exercises have been shortened for size purposes. Take a look and see if this course is for you.
Thanks for taking a look at this preview. If you’re interested in the beta four-week course, it’s open now! There may be some teething problems, but I’ll be making any changes based on your feedback, tailored to you.
