Here’s some of the work I’ve done and the places you may have seen me. My main role is to provide novel solutions, be fiercely supportive & redefine others’ perspective.
If you want me to guest post on your blog, or want to write a post for the Phoenix Mind, send me an email.
(with such catchy titles!)
Creating effective new approaches to supporting young people’s mental health and well-being, Westminster Briefing – Policy into Practise: Children and Young People With Mental Health Conditions: Improving Early Intervention and Outcomes Locally, with The Right Here Project, Sept 2012
I have co-facilitated groups of 16-25 year olds in six-week Anger Management programs, worked individually with patients at a psychiatric hospital, and worked one-on-one with isolated adults as a mental health support worker.
I’ve been proof-reading and copy-editing for five years, love taking notice of the details and am passionate about what makes others passionate. I also have a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, Grade 1 in Piano, and two cats who teach me more about patience than anything else does.
I currently spend half of my time working as the forge alchemist, and the other half supporting families and delivering services for children. Any spare time is spent writing fantasy novels.
